Champion Award Program
Eligibility: This award is available to any Almouie Pediatrics member (except directors and above) who have a minimum of six months of continuous employment prior to nomination. Nominations may be made by anyone including patients, staff, and vendors.
Due Dates: Nominations must be received no later than the last working Friday of each quarter.
Almouie Pediatrics wants to recognize staff members who represent the best of who we are as healthcare providers and community supporters. We encourage nominators to identify the ways in which Almouie Champions create an impact, improve effectiveness, or offer innovation to the company and our clients.
Areas of Consideration:
- Impact: Service, dedication, professionalism, and compassion in dealing with internal or external customers. Inspires an overall sense of belonging that leads to a “Your Family is Our Family” environment.
- Effectiveness: Promotion of Almouie’s core values and purpose including trust, respect, reliability, quality service, and positivity.
- Innovation: Contribution toward more efficient operations or improving service quality.
Nomination Instructions: Nominations will be ongoing. Staff and clients are encouraged to nominate individuals who exemplify one or more areas of consideration as described above. Nominations are accepted by submitting this form or by completing a nomination card located at the front desk of each clinic.
Each quarter, one Almouie Champion will be recognized and thanked for their service.
